Cappelli Highest Rated of All Judicial Candidates

Judicial Selection/Retention Committee Report

The Judicial Selection/Retention Committee met on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 3:00 PM to tabulate the ballots received from members of the Delaware County Bar Association concerning the qualification of:  Mary Alice Brennan, Richard M. Cappelli, Frank W. Daly, Michael T. Farrell, Thomas P. Gannon, Gregory M. Mallon, and C. Scott Shields for the office of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.  A total number of 535 ballots were received out of 1,122 ballots that were sent to each member of our Association.  The results of the tabulation are listed below
