Campaign Mission
Greetings and welcome to my campaign website!
I am running for a seat on the bench in the Delaware County Court of
Common Pleas. My legal career includes 14 plus years as a
Magisterial District Judge and 7 years as Master of Juvenile Court which
amounts to more than 20 years of bench experience. During this
time, I have had the opportunity to meet thousands of people from every
corner of Delaware County and from every walk of life. I have
heard thousands of cases over the years involving every type of
circumstance, and my underlying principal has been to be firm and fair
and to help deserving individuals in every way possible under the
administration of our laws.
I have embraced this philosophy throughout my lengthy career in public
service, and that is one of the key elements I want to bring to the
Court of Common Pleas this year. Delaware County deserves Judges
that are tough on crime, fair to families, and always seeking to protect
our children and seniors from the variety of dangers that confront them
in today's society.
I have always been a strong advocate of protecting children and senior
citizens having created the District Attorney's Office Special
Prosecution Unit and sponsoring many seminars for seniors and others on
issues such as identity theft.
